In this class, you will learn short, easy practices designed to help you unwind, release tension, manage stress, and enhance your ability to cope with life's challenges in real time. These techniques can even aid in resolving past trauma within a single session. This natural approach will only unfold what you are ready to confront.

We will start with a guided meditation aimed at grounding you in the present moment. Following this, there will be a brief introduction to Easy Breathwork, after which you will have the option to participate in a group check-in regarding physical sensations and emotional states. Afterward, we will engage in Easy Breathwork practices, concluding with integration tips to help you incorporate your experiences into daily life.
