With an attitude of ease, meeting the moment without making it wrong, something amazing opens up: something perhaps covered up by the compulsive efforting that we have learned to approach everything else in our lives.
Easy Breathwork™ is a space outside of all that doing. It’s the opposite of effort, or trying to fix anything.
It’s learning to be, by breathing into what is.
Through breath, we are able to peel back habitual layers of protection in our soma and psyche, in order to access, care for, and digest emotional holding patterns. Body and mind align in the present moment allowing the body to clear itself of deeply held tension and fear.
Easy Breathwork™ in not a controlled nor forceful technique. It is gentle , nourishing, and safe, and is a natural way of breathing and releasing tension.
The methodology is based upon the recognition that no one outside of you can know your internal wisdom of how to approach regeneration.

For individuals or couples
Our session begins by meeting you where you are. We will start with a brief guided meditation and body scan, allowing you to ground yourself in the present moment. Following this, we will engage in a conversation about what is currently on your mind and in your body, and what aspects may need attention or care.
Once we’ve established your focus, we will incorporate Easy Breathwork and somatic emotional release techniques tailored to your needs. This practice will help facilitate relaxation, and insight, aiding in the exploration of your thoughts and feelings.
To conclude, we will integrate our experiences through a closing exercise that helps solidify any insights gained and supports your continued journey.
This structure allows for flexibility, addressing various themes such as stress, emotional balance, past trauma, pain management, self-discovery, or personal growth.

In this class, you will learn short, easy practices designed to help you unwind, release tension, manage stress, and enhance your ability to cope with life's challenges in real time. These techniques can even aid in resolving past trauma within a single session. This natural approach will only unfold what you are ready to confront.
We will start with a guided meditation aimed at grounding you in the present moment. Following this, there will be a brief introduction to Easy Breathwork, after which you will have the option to participate in a group check-in regarding physical sensations and emotional states. Afterward, we will engage in Easy Breathwork practices, concluding with integration tips to help you incorporate your experiences into daily life.
